Brazil Nuts

Brazil Nuts
Mainly from Bolivia and Brazil, Brazil nuts are very large in size and rich in flavor, possessing a higher fat content than even the Macadamia nut.

Brazil nuts are 18% protein, 13% carbohydrates, and 69% fat. The fat breakdown is roughly 25% saturated, 41% monounsaturated, and 34% polyunsaturated. They are an excellent source of selenium, magnesium and thiamine.

Earthy and somewhat buttery, Brazil nuts make an excellent addition to any nut connoisseur's collection.
