Our pistachios are from California, ROASTED and in the natural beige color. They are the large US 21/25 count (largest commercially available for recent crop) and 90% natural open.

'US Extra No. 1' is a USDA grade that rate the quality of the nuts, making these one of the best pistachios on the market. The very finest grade, 'US Fancy' will be available this fall.

The size rating means there will be, on average 21 to 25 individual nuts per ounce.
